Sthlmactive Sverige AB engages the third parties below to process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR covering security, confidentiality and onward transfer, and each is given access only to the data necessary for the purpose stated.

This page is part of our privacy policy at /privacy-policy. Section 8.2 describes the data each sub-processor receives, and section 9 describes international transfers and their safeguards.

Zapier also receives the message written in the partner application form, which is also stored in our database.

Keeping this list current

We maintain this page as our current list of sub-processors. When we add a sub-processor, or change what an existing one does with personal data, we update this page.

We give at least 14 days' notice before a new sub-processor starts processing personal data. Notice is sent by email to the contact on the customer's account.

A customer who wishes to object to a new sub-processor should contact us at oskar@backingnordics.com. If a customer objects on reasonable data protection grounds, we will work in good faith to offer an alternative. If we cannot within a reasonable period, the customer may terminate the affected part of the agreement without penalty.
