Is it a one time fee, and is there a binding period?
Each engagement is a one time fee for that specific mission, with no binding period. Once it's done, we review options to continue. An ongoing setup, where we keep reviewing your spend, is optional and never starts automatically.
How do you calculate savings, and what's your share?
We measure savings against the price you actually pay today and the new contract prices we manage to get. This includes lower prices, unused seats and unnecessary licenses. Our fee is 10 to 15% of total savings. The exact definition is written into your agreement before we start.
Do you get paid by suppliers?
No. We take no fees, rebates or compensation of any kind from suppliers or resellers. You're the only one who pays us, so we're always on your side.
Do we stay in control?
Yes. You choose which costs we look at, we only contact a supplier with your written approval, and we never sign anything on your behalf.
What happens to our data?
Your contracts and invoices stay private in your account and are never shared with other customers. We save price numbers anonymously, so they can't be linked back to you, and use them to show you what similar companies pay. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
